Pippa Ann Skotnes (born 1957) is an artist, known widely for her printmaking, and she is also a curator and scholar. She was born in Johannesburg and was educated at the University of Cape Town where she received Master of Fine Art and Doctor of Literature degrees. Her work has been exhibited extensively in South Africa, Europe and the United States. She is currently professor of Fine Art and the director of the Centre for Curating the Archive at the University of Cape Town. A fuller biography of this artist may be found HERE.
