Peter Nuttall (1943-2011) was a well-known artist mainly in mixed media. He was born in Blackburn in Lancashire and studied art at Maidstone College of Art in Kent. He is noted in particular for his figure subjects, and drawings of ships, which he executed in watercolour, pastel or mixed media.
