Description: A framed original painting in acrylic on board, signed by the artist lower left with his distinctive monogram. It is signed again 'Eric Mason' on the reverse of the board and underneath is inscribed 'St Ives' which is where he lived later in life. The artist worked extensively in Cornwall, not only in St Ives but also in Polperro, Falmouth and Tintagel and no doubt elsewhere in the county. The painting is likely to date to the 1960s or early 1970s. The painting is in overall good condition for its age with some minor marks. The original frame has a few marks to it but is serviceable and it suits the painting well.
