Description: This is an unframed etching with aquatint annotated as 'AP' lower left for an 'Artist's Proof'. It is pencil signed by the artist lower right and dated 1985. This etching itself is in fine condition. The margins are clean and without tears although there is a little creasing near to the edges of the sheet. The provenance of this work is the estate of the former Morley College (London) tutor and master printmaker, the late Richard Michell, who in latter years had his home and studio in Dorking, Surrey. He worked on the printing of works by a number of artists including David Hockney OM, CH, RA and Michael Sandle RA.
