Title: 'Tanz 1968 - Eight Colour Etchings'

Description: A complete set of eight original etchings in their original folder comprising the 'Tanz' series or 'Dance' in English. The etchings were published by Galerie Daberkow of Frankfurt, Germany. Each of the eight etchings is pencil signed by the artist at lower right, dated there (19)68, and numbered 15 from a small edition of 30 prints. The etchings also all carry a pencil inscription which appears to be the artist's own reference, perhaps an opus number. The condition of the prints is generally very good. They appear never to have been framed and all retain excellent colour. One print has a relatively small mark to the paper well away from the image. Each sheet measures about 48 x 39 cm. The plate sizes vary between 16.5 x 19.5 cm and 22.5 x 17.0 cm. Further images and details will be sent gladly on request.
