Description: A mounted but unframed original painting in watercolour and pen and ink on paper, signed by the artist to the reverse of the work. Although not titled by the artist we are confident that this is a South Wales subject dating probably dating to the late 1950s or 1960s. We think this may have been an illustration for publication which is likely to be why it is unsigned recto. The work is in reasonable condition for its age with some light creasing to the paper and some grubbiness to the paper surface especially around the landlady's apron. Overall this is a strong piece of work by an increasing collected Welsh artist.
