Title: 'The Garden at Night' believed to be the view from the back of the artist's home at 88, Holmdene Avenue, London SE24

Description: An original etching titled lower left, numbered 1 from a small edition of twenty prints, and signed by the artist in pencil lower right and dated there 1975. The artist's signature is fainter than the title and numbering but it is clearly visible. The work appears to be housed in its original wooden frame of quite nice quality and it is mounted behind glazing. The frame has some wear and tear from fifty years of use but is perfectly serviceable. The off white coloured mount has some light staining to it. The etching has three small light brown marks at the margin at the lower right corner and two similar small spots to the right hand corner of the image as photographed. The margins are discoloured slightly.
