Description: A mixed media painting on paper in watercolour, gouache and inks, signed by the artist in full at lower left. Although undated we think this work is likely to be from the 1950s. It isn't titled recto or verso as far as we can tell and we think the subject is likely to be a view in a Mediteranean or Adriatic harbour, probably the South of France or Italy. It is housed in what we believe to be the original hand finished glazed frame in black and cream. Although the frame is of good quality, it is probably from the 1950s and has clear signs of wear and tear. However, it suits the painting well. We can ship the work unframed with a £35 discount - please ask and we will update the listing.
