Title: 'Low Tide at Lyme Regis'

Description: An original watercolour on paper laid to a paper based backboard for exhibition at the Jonleigh Gallery of Wonersh, near Guildford in Surrey. It was sold in March 1990 and has the gallery label verso which records the title of the work. There is also a smaller label verso handwritten by the artist and signed by him. The watercolour itself is signed by the artist 'Leslie Worth' at lower right and was priced originally at £900. The artist supplied us with details of his works some twenty years ago when we visited him at his home in Epsom and on checking Leslie Worth was working in Lyme Regis in 1986. The work is in good original condition and it is housed in a hand painted grey coloured frame which appears to be the one fitted in originally.
