Description: A framed original landscape painting in mixed media on card. It is signed by the artist lower right. The work is in good condition and it has been reframed to a high standard including glazing using ARTGLASS AR 70, with good anti reflective properties and UV protection. It is not dated but we think this is a relatively early work by the artist from his time in Scotland in the 1950s, when he lived at Anstruther in Fife. Although not immediately visible on first inspection, the word ‘Wemyss’ is inscribed in between the two telegraph poles in the centre of the painting. East and West Wemyss are about eighteen miles from Anstruther.

Size: About 21.5 x 26.0 inches image size and about 25.2 x 29.0 inches framed size (about 63.5 cm x 74 cm).
